My great aunt Minnie Beasley lived with my family while I was growing up in Memphis, TN. She blessed us with a wealth of wisdom and love as well as giving us this wonderful recipe for these terrific almond cookies.
In 2004, I founded Minnie Beasley’s Cookie Company using my great aunt's beloved recipe. Each cookie is hand made with care from the finest ingredients just as aunt Minnie Beasley made them. She would be thrilled to know the New York Fancy Food Show voted our Almond Lace Cookie the #1 Cookie in 2008.
